Leather Brothers Perma Collars are one of the strongest collars on the market. Constructed of two layers of polyester fibers imbedded in rubber. Top surface wipes clean, is soil and odor resistant and water repellent. Can be cut off and holes added without burning or melting. These collars were made for dogs that spend a lot of time in the water.
