If you are dissatisfied with any product for any reason, you may return it within 30 days* for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges not refundable. Items displaying excessive wear are not eligible for a refund. Certain items in our store may not be returned unless defective or damaged. Wire that has been removed from the spool and/or placed in the ground or above ground and flags that are rusted or have been used are examples of items displaying excessive wear. Batteries that have been removed from original packaging that are not defective, may not be returned. Certain items require a re-stocking fee if returned. If your item was shipped free, we will refund the purchase price minus our cost of shipping item to you. Read entire description of product to find individual return requirements. In addition, you will be responsible for the shipping charges if cancellation of an order takes place after the order has shipped. If an item is defective and you have contacted us for assistance, your shipping charges may be refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
If you place an order, and cancel the entire order prior to shipping, your entire purchase price will be refunded. An exception to this is if payment was made thru PayPal. If payment was received thru PayPal, a refund will be returned less the initial PayPal fees. (See PayPal fee schedule)
In most cases you will return your product directly to our distributor. Some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. If your product was shipped directly from the manufacturer, we will have you return it to them for proper credit. Please contact us for a Return Authorization.
Email us if you are returning an item for credit. Include your original invoice with your return and a letter explaining the reason for your return. To receive credit, the items you return must have been purchased directly from us and be returned in the original packaging.
NO returns will be accepted without a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will issue a credit to your credit card within 3-7 business days.
*Notes:
Pet Gear products can only be returned during the first 30 days only if the product was manufactured poorly, or the wrong product was originally sent. Pet Gear strictly enforces this return policy.
General Cage products can only be returned if product is unused in the original packaging and returned prepaid. A $15.00 restocking fee applies.
Mr. Herzher products can only be returned if product is unused in the original packaging and returned prepaid. A $10.00 restocking fee applies.
Argo products have a 30 day return policy on unused items. Due to sanitary reasons, no used items can be returned. Used items will be returned to customer. Customer has 30 days from the time product was received to initiate a return. All returns must have an RMA#. RMA#'s are valid for 15 days. Returns not indicating the RMA# on the box will be rejected, and all return charges will be charged to the customer. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns. All items must be returned NEW in it's original condition, original packaging with all accessories.
Solvit products require a 12% re-stocking fee on non-defective items.
