Well, after being beat up by the very same company whose products we are selling (Innotek Inc.), we are changing our web site name.

For over a year Innotek lawyers have been telling us that our web site name "PetContainAndTrain" was infringing on their product trademark Contain "N" Train.
We tried reasoning with their lawyers that our name was based on the type of items we sold in our store (mostly their products) not on a particular product of theirs. But it didn't matter. They wanted us to stop using our name immediately.

So, we have changed our name. Same great products, same great service. Just a different name.
