We're coming into the part of the season where you may have to do some repairs to your Electronic Dog Fence. Or, you may want to extend your dog's boundary by adding more dog fence wire.    If adding wire to your existing electronic dog fence, it's important to add the same size wire you already have. If you have an Innotek Dog Fence, they come standard with 20ga. solid wire. If you have a PetSafe Dog Fence, it may have come with either 20ga. solid or 20ga. stranded. PetSafe sells their standard systems with 20ga. stranded wire. The SportDog Dog Fence comes standard with 20ga. solid wire.
   Keep in mind, you should always check to see which wire you have, and get that same size wire.
